About us
Kuiskiva gathers and tames wild-grown natural ingredients from the quiet forests and open meadows of Kainuu. From these wild, free and happy treasures of nature, inspiring DIY experiences, edible and drinkable delights, and crafting products are created on the shores of Lake Oulujärvi in Kajaani.
Kuiskiva was born from a love for Finland’s beautiful nature and a desire to make its wonderful ingredients more approachable and easier to use.
Our products & services
Kuiskiva’s selection includes seasonings, herbal infusions, granola, jams, and DIY experiences made from wild natural ingredients and local raw materials. With these, you can easily create, for example, a tasty wild herb spread, a beautifully pink fireweed flower drink, or a natural flower wreath made from Kainuu’s blooms. You will also find sauna scents and natural crafting materials from Kuiskiva.
Kuiskiva’s products can be ordered from the online store, purchased from retailers and local events in the Kainuu region, as well as from the REKO local food network in Kajaani.
