There are two main events at the Arctic Food Lab. A Summer Night’s Dinner invites you to enjoy local food, culture and togetherness around the same table. At the evening meal, food and culture bring people together. The Arctic Taste will inspire you to sample the delights of local cafés and restaurants – flavours born in the Arctic and prepared with great passion.
