About us
Magnolia Coffee & Bakery is a new cafe concept from Oulu, where we bake all our product on-site using more nutrient-rich ingredients, completely eliminating wheat flour and refined added sugars from our production. All our products are also gluten-free. We use high-quality ingredients and always prioritize locally sourced Finnish ingredients whenever possible.

One of our most popular combinations features hot-smoked salmon, cold-smoked reindeer, and queen, highlighting the delicious flavors of the North through reindeer, salmon, and Nordic berries.
