Local food Annukka Nahkala is a one-woman food production company registered in 2017. The company operates in a home kitchen used as a food storage facility.
The company’s operations started out of a love for nature and gardening, and a desire to cultivate and collect raw materials largely from nature. The bright nights of the North allow for tasty and vitamin-rich garden and forest berries as well as greenhouse produce.
Our products & services
Jams and vinegar preserves, cold-pressed juices and mushrooms, dried and fresh at harvest time. Sales are mainly carried out on the platforms of local food districts.
Additive-free, domestic products made from the purest, best ingredients are of interest to consumers today.
