Kotivara is a family-owned company from Oulu, Finland, that has been producing delicious salami products and cold-smoked roasts since 1943. Now in its third generation, the company combines tradition with continuous development. Kotivara’s products are known for their long maturation time, carefully selected ingredients, and uncompromising quality.
All Kotivara products are made in our own factory in Oulu.
