About us
The millstones of Kinnusen Mylly first began to turn in Utajärvi over 60 years ago. Since then, we have worked closely with local farmers, crafting pure and high-quality flour products from Finland’s finest grains for both professional and home bakers. Kinnusen Mylly is a third-generation family business, one of the northernmost commercial mills in the world and an important part of Northern Finland’s food chain.
Our products & services
We mill millions of kilos of wheat, barley, rye and organic flours in Utajärvi. The northern growing conditions and the expertise of our millers produce flours that even the most demanding bakers trust. In our world-class dedicated oat mill, we produce 65 Oats® gluten-free oat products known for their purity, traceability and arctic origin. 65 Oats is exported to over 40 countries. In early 2026, we will introduce new consumer products based on our gluten-free oats to the Finnish market.
