Huovinen Bakery is a traditional bakery from Oulu that has delighted customers’ taste buds since 1939. We still bake with respect for tradition, our hands and aprons appropriately dusted with flour. The craftsmanship of our bakers and the expertise of our pastry chefs are a source of pride for us. We believe that top-quality baked goods are created from authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients. Flavor is something we never compromise on.
Our products & services
Oulu2026 – the pastry is the celebratory dessert for the European Capital of Culture year, paying tribute to northern, pure ingredients. The cake base features domestic oats, and the filling contains the tart lingonberries of the north.
