Ajakantaika Oy
akantaika is a multi-sector company, in addition to accommodation, petting zoo, sauna world and program services, Ajaka’s Wild Food restaurant offers Ala Carte food made from domestic and largely local ingredients in the restaurant and delicacies in summer in the summer cafe Laavu. We use game, fish from our own nearby lake and local berries, mushrooms and grain as raw materials. We only use pure basic ingredients in cooking.

Arctichoney, Harmaala’s honey from arctic nature
Our company started as a hobby of beekeeping. High-quality and aromatic local honey was so demand that the idea of professional honey production was born.
The well-being of the bees and genuine, untreated honey is important to us.
Our bees live mainly in hives made of wood and our Queen Bees have names, which makes the care work more humane.

Bakery-Patisserie Mimmin Pulla
Bakery and patisserie Mimmin Pulla is located in the heart of Muhos, right along valtatie 22. At Mimmin Pulla, every product is baked with love, honoring tradition and using high-quality ingredients. Our mission is to offer our customers fresh, homemade-style pastries that reflect local flavors and first-rate raw materials.

Café Uuttusuo
Café Uuttusuo is located in Ruka, surrounded by beautiful nature at the intersection of the main ski trails. We were born out of a love for the pure northern nature, and authentic food culture is close to our hearts. We offer stories of local flavours and food traditions for everyone. We warmly welcome both skiers looking to recharge their batteries and travellers enjoying the peace and quiet.

Cafe´ Conrad Galleria Conrad
Cafe´ Conrad is located in Tyrnävä Muhostie 88 and is open we-sun in summer. It includes the organisation of different opportunities in the premises of Galleria Conrad and the preparation of serving there. The art exhibition consists of work for variable artists in every summer. Cafe` is located in a former school and all offered is done by itself, including private occasions. Galleria belongs in the same yard and has been renovated.

Chez Flo – French Bakery
Chez Flo bakery was founded in 2023 by a French pastry maker Florian Meynet. Chez Flo is a small artisan bakery that produces all kinds of French baked goods and sourdough bread.
Today Florian’s wife Laura is also working at the bakery and their 6-year old son is waiting to join in some day! We are dedicated to bringing genuine French flavors to the people of Northern Finland, using local ingredients.

Chocosomnia Oy
This is the sweetest spot in Oulu and a real hidden gem! For ten years we have been making delicious chocolate products and creating amazing chocolate experiences! The chocolate factory, factory outlet and chocolate café are located in Oulu. As chocolate experiences, we produce: chocolate workshops, tastings and even chocolate yoga. We also have conference and sauna facilities with outdoor jacuzzi.

Foodium Oy / Smokehouse 299
Vanhatien Ravintola is now Smokehouse 299! We are a restaurant specializing in local food, Tyrnävä potatoes, and smoked delicacies. Our locations include the original Vanhatien Ravintola in Tyrnävä and the newly opened Smokehouse 299 in Vuokatti, located at SuperPark Vuokatti.

Hailuoto Brewery and Mallassauna restaurant
Hailuodon Panimo is the first organic brewery in Finland. We brew our organic beers from locally grown and malted barley, German hops and local soft and pure water.

Hannuksen Piilopirtti
Piilopirtti is located in Tyrnävä, just a half-hour drive from Oulu. We offer accommodation as well as event and meeting services along the Tyrnävä River.
The original crayfish cabin has grown into a full complex with around twenty buildings: five event venues, meeting facilities, accommodation for 70 guests and ten saunas with hot tub.
Our family business has been developed with great passion over many years.

Hietasaaren Seelari
Hietasaaren Seelari is a summer restaurant and event venue located in the harbour of the Oulu Workers’ Sailing Club. You can reach us by road, pedestrian paths or even by water, we are just a short walk or paddle away from the centre of Oulu. Our stunning terrace offers a fun view of the Oulu water life, as many different boats, canoes and other vehicles pass by. We are a pet-friendly place!

Honey producer Raimo Tervola
We have had a small berry and honey farm in Pajula Muhos for over 20 years. In the beginning we had berries, but there was a lack of pollinators, so I took courses and started my own beehives. Over ten years ago we started to specialize in producing specialty honey, because we knew that the vegetation in Muhos was excellent for producing specialty honey.
