About us
We are a new gourmet mushroom farm/company based in Oulu, established in February 2024. Our main products are gourmet mushrooms grown in Oulu, including lion’s mane, shiitake, pearl oyster mushroom, king oyster mushroom, yellow oyster mushroom, and pink oyster mushroom. All are available both fresh and dried.
We also offer supplies and materials for growing mushrooms at home or at your cottage.
Our products & services
Our main products are high-quality gourmet mushrooms. We strive to use as many local raw materials as possible. This is still a work in progress, but we have already started utilizing local under-ripened grain, among other resources.
We also aim to recycle our organic waste by composting it. Our goal is to operate as locally and sustainably as possible, minimizing environmental impact while producing the highest quality mushrooms.
