The Cake Bar is an experiential dessert concept that works on a “Subway-style” principle – but with cakes.

Customers get to build their own dream cake portion by choosing from different options: the base, mousse, sauce, and toppings. The result is a unique, visually appealing, and delicious dessert, prepared right in front of the customer and served immediately to enjoy on the spot or to take away.

Gluten-free and lactose-free options are available. We also offer ready-made Oulu2026 portions in a sea buckthorn–caramel flavor.

Our picnic box for one or two people includes a small antipasti selection featuring high quality Italian cold cuts and Finnish cheeses served with fresh fruit, berries and rye crisps. In addition, each picnic box contains two of Pannu’s rosemary focaccias, filled with lingonberry-dijon mustard cream cheese, local Viskaalin’s farmed beef pastrami, romaine lettuce and pickled chanterelle mushrooms and red onion.

The box also includes two 0,33 l cans of Italian San Pellegrino Naturali soft drinks in lemon and orange flavors.
