At Mimmin Pulla, we bake fresh buns, bread, and patisserie products every day. Our baking combines traditional craftsmanship with the finest ingredients from the Muhos region. Among our selection, you’ll find local favorites such as potato flatbread (perunarieska), oat rolls, and cloudberry cream pastries, all made using handpicked berries, lactose-free butter and cream from Valio, and flours from our nearby mill, Kinnusen Mylly.
